Audi Q6 Will Compete BMW X6
Do you think that BMW X6 is not a good idea? Actually, you are not the only one who think like that. However, that Sports Activity Coupe has already sold more than double its original target. It means that your bet is incorrect. Now, Audi seems like can’t ignore those numbers, as some reports said that they are preparing a crossover that looks like a coupe.
The car is touted as the Q6 for the moment. This car is planned to be placed between the Q5 and Q7. Some other sources also said that this car will be based on the same platform which will also create the Volkswagen Touareg, Porsche Cayenne, and the Audi Q7 in an extended form.
The car’s engine will naturally brought from the Audi’s own product, but the hybrid version car such as the Touareg and the Cayenne is reportedly to be already in the cards. As a potential RS version, it might have another circulating rumors of Quattro GmbH delving this hyperpower CUV game in order to compete with other similar car such as the AMG fettled Mercedes-Benz ML, BMW X5, and also BMW X6 M.

While the brand new Aventador has just recently unveiled and sold out for the next year, Lamborghini now already preparing their next model and the one that will come after that. An incoming reports already giving us the details on what will be the marque product plan for this Raging Bull in the next two or three years.

Instead of taking the currently available model, the Sesto Elemento using the Reventon’s position in the company’s line up to offer limited numbers with high prices. The next model is the Estoque concept which is also coming closer to the production phase.
Moreover, finally Gallardo had a replacement in the third lambo’s plan. Its successor is reported to be carrying the Cabrera nameplate. The name refers to a bloodline of one famous fighting bulls. As we are seeing that Lamborghini Gallardo already spawned some good variants for over the year, you may expect that this Cabrera will also do this on its own. I also hope that we can see Aventador’s variant coming in the future, as well as the potential Roadster and Super Veloce versions.

BMW M5 Ute from Stuart Appleby
Yesterday, I saw a picture of a pickup BMW M3, and I thought that it was the first BMW which that is turned into a pickup. However, it turns out today that the unit that I saw yesterday is not the first thing. In 2008, PGA Tour golfer named Stuart Appleby turns his E39 BMW M5 into a ute in an Australian custom shop in Southern Rod.
Appleby is actually has a huge amount of love for ute from his childhood in a dairy farm in Australia. He loved his M cars since the first time he seen it. For your information, Appleby already has a history for turning his rides and trying to provide extra power from them. His first M5 hadn’t reach 4,500 miles, but then he torn down his engine to give 460 horsepower.
The building of that car was already finishd in October 2008 to use an undamaged M5 to make the car still looks like coming from the factory. The creation took some months to make sure that the car retained its original stiffness and still functioned like a normal Ute. Appleby doesn’t really care on what people think of his vehicle.

Cadillac CTS-V Sport Wagon vs 2011 Nissan GT-R
This is Hennessey, the company which is bringing the super station wagon into the drag track. This firm has taken the fast family hauler from Cadillac with 556 horsepower and modify it so the 6.2 liter V8 engine can produce 650 hp. Previously, Hennessey put this car against an old Porsche 911 Turbo. But now, they are bringing the car back on the track, while the opponent is now Nissan GT-R.
Specifically, that is 2011 Nissan GT-R. That car is able to produce up to 485 horsepower and can sprint through the Hennessey’s track in only 11.8 seconds. However, the CTS-V Sport Wagon is still a winner (even it is only a hair win) with only 11.7 seconds. It proves that this car is a great American muscle weighing 4,398 pound.
What if the opponent is the newer version? The 2012 Nissan GT-R has 530 horsepower in it and is able to run from 0 to 60 miles per hour in less than three seconds. That car can cover a quarter mile in only 11.6 seconds. Maybe that’s why Hennessey don’t take the newer GT-R, or they might want to built a better version of station wagon to face it later. Check out the video here.
